Thursday..I think?

Morning campers!

It is a beautiful morning here in sunny Florida. Blue skies and crisp temps. Perfect!

I had a good day yesterday. Exchanged one of the purses hubby got me.. I don't care if it's not a dooney but I don't do plastic! I had to spend my Booksamillion gift card as it was burning a hole in my pocket ;-) Got a new calendar and a book...shocker! Then I went to the movies by myself.. saw "The Holiday" with Kate Winslett and Cameron Diaz and my man Jude Law. It was a fabulous feel good movie and exactly what I needed.. it is a "chick" flick but I think even the guys would love this one. Go see it you won't be sorry.

I made spaghetti for supper.. I am sick of Christmas food...then just chilled and watched TV... got online and read a few Journals... it was a very pleasant day and did a lot to improve my outlook... ;-)

I am finally feeling better...I will never take a steroid shot again.. it gave me the false sense of feeling better only to feel twice as bad when "it' returned...

Well not a lot to report here.. I am in "lingo' till after New Year.. not needed at work again until the 3rd... not that I'm complaining...

Have a great Thursday.. my days are all screwed up..

I agree with you about being out of sync this week.  I had to actually tell myself twice, out loud that it is Thursday.  Even though the garbage man was here which only happens on Thursday!  My parents and sister went to see The Holiday and really liked it.  AND I made spaghetti for supper too, last night!  How funny.

The days between Christmas and New Years are sooooo lazy for me.  I usually take vacation, but this year, I am actually unemployed.  Not stressing yet, but that could happen 'round about next week!!  Enjoy your time off!!

Hi Lyn,  I agree with you about Christmas food, all I want is something quick and easy and not at all rich and fancy.  If I see another roast potato this year I`ll scream...lol!

Oh that sounded good, a day to yourself and doing things that you wanted to do!  I am fed up with Christmas food too, why do we do it every year???  I have so many pickles left, will we ever eat them?  Hugs.  Terry x

Im glad to hear you are better!! The steroid shots are a miracle drug if you ask me!! They always make me feel sooooo much better, but I take them with a antibiotic shot as well! Maybe that is the difference. Have a wonderful day.

I'm just like you.  It doesn't have to be a Dooney, but I don't do plastic either! LOL.  I still want a Dooney though.  We have a Dooney outlet in our town.  Maybe I'll check them out.

I'm a book lover also. Just send me into a bookstore and I could be there all day! Between the library, Amazon.com books, and my used book store, I'm well stocked. And my favorite authors/books are too numerous to mention here!
