Good Morning Campers!!
Hope you are all doing well. I think perhaps alerts aren't working..either that or no one loves me this week...LOL...
We are getting adjusted to having hubby home....it is weird...he has come and gone so often that it hasn't really sunk in that he's staying!! He doesn't seem to realize that either because he is acting like he's here visiting...by that I mean he hasn't taken over any of the chores or the day to day running of the house...LOL.. I'll give him a few more days to enjoy himself then honeymoon is over and time to start helping me out here..;-) like most of you I am really stressed at the moment..trying to get everything done that needs to be done along with trying to fit in all the Christmas activities..parties... wrapping gifts..shopping...organizing the office party...etc etc...throw in working 12 hour shifts the past 2 days ....just doesn't seem to be enough time in the day...but it's all good in a crazy busy hectic happy kind of a way!!..sure beats sitting here lonely and depressed as I sometimes felt this summer...
Tonight is our night away... ;-) Christmas party and overnight stay at the Hyatt... I am very nervous about the party...we have to sit and the head table...all eyes on us...yikes!! going to have pull out all the bells and whistles for this one....I am okay about my outfit..it is comfortable and that is the main thing..nothing like sitting there squirming and feeling uncomfortable... we are checking in to the hotel early this afternoon so will have plenty of time to get myself dolled up...LOL.... this morning I have to pick up hubbies trousers from the seamstress.. get some laundry done and run a few errands....
Well that's it from me this morning...got to get a move on here... But guess what ?? It's Hump Day..and yes Phil there will be some humping going on for sure...LOL..Do you know how long I have waited to be able to say that???

1.Coming home at the end of my long day and having someone here to share my day with...
2.. The Santa Clause that I pass every morning ..he's on the end of one of the docks along the river...makes me smile..
3...That I don't have a sweet tooth...the annual invasion from the cookie Monster has happened at our office... LOL
4.... Rachel will be able to pick Ryan up from work tonight...

Wow! Got your lovely Christmas Card, thanks so much. It's so cute! I well remember all the adjustments that used to have to be made when hubby came home after having been away for an extended period of time! It was tough at times to hand the reins back over! Hope you have a wonderful time away! Can't wait to hear about it when you get back!

I don't think I've been getting all my alerts. I've been trying to read journals off my favs list to make sure I don't miss anything. Having your hubby home for good is going to be an adjustment for both of you I'm sure. Have a good rest of your week.

Yay, I got my xmas card from you today! I was looking at the handwriting and trying to figure out who it could be from, but i knew it wasn't adams or his familys. and then i opened it and was plesantly surprised. its going on my bedroom wall with the others.
How I wish I was in your situation and say that there was gonna be some humping on hump day, but alas no. still, we'll get there one day.
I bet its nice to have your hubby home and it'll be even nicer once he starts helping around the house!
xmas is such a busy time, but i sure hope you get a chance to enjoy the festivites.
