Sunday

Hi there. Sunday Sunday. Sorry to hear about that plane crash.. my prayers go out to the families of the victims..how sad to be at the airport in Atlanta waiting on your loved ones only to hear their plane has crashed. Not to mention the hurricane.  I was just saying it's been a quiet season. Hopefully this one will not be too bad. I hate all the hype..the TV will talk of nothing else for the next week or so and will work everyone up in to a frenzy.. yes I know they have a job to do but it gets OLD fast.

I have had a productive morning so far. Been grocery shopping, came home put it all away and took Ryan to get some more shirts...Bealls was having a sale so we took advantage. have done  3 loads of laundry and vacuumed.. not to shabby considering I was a total slug yesterday and did nothing!!

My friends hubby came and cut the grass this morning.. I can't tell you how happy that makes me!! It's going to rain again later too... so I won't have to water...

Well that's all folks..not a very exciting entry but it is what it is... ;-)

Hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday... Stevie doobie doobie do where are you???

I'm going to meet my son's plane tomorrow, he is flying back from Turkey and my daughter's best friend and family have just gone to Florida Keys, on a holiday she won on a TV programme here in England. So your entry has a lot of meaning for me.

I shall be saying my prayers tonight.

Sounds like you had a good Sunday. Today during lunch I heard about the plane crash, of course I'm 6 hrs ahead of you guys, it was right after the crash and they didn't have any news if anyone was dead or alive at that point. I don't watch the news that much since they give such a liberal view on the war, and it's just completely unrealistic (love how they can NEVER show any of the good things happening and get everyone convinced nothing positive happens in Iraq...sorry my vent! )

I hope your Sunday evening goes well...it's just after midnight here and my "baby" is 3 yrs old now!

Hey Lyn, Hello and thanks for stopping by my Journal. I spent some time assigned to a Navy Swift Boat during my time in the Coast Guard. I was a GM1. I hope your Husband is enjoying his time in the "Service". I will stop back and visit you again. My Regards, Bill.

That is so terribly sad about another plane crash.  I too hate that these things happen.  Just devastating.  Makes me always worry to put my Nick on a plane to go see his father.  Glad you had a good Sunday though otherwise.  So let's hope the hurricane goes south.  Hang in there and we will too.  Hugs n Love Ya,
Lisa
