Hat trick from Hatfield ;-)

Three entries in one day.. woo hoo!! yes I am back to my usual witty charming self..whoever took over my mind and body for the past few days has left the building and taken her moods with her..thank you Sybil!!

I hate being a woman sometimes..these moods just wreck havoc with your life. I open my mouth and can't believe what comes out of it! I fly off the handle for no reason, cry over absolutely nothing, eat anything that hasn't gone off..probably would eat it even if it had! and make everyone's lives around me miserable!!!! All in the name of hormones. Do guys feel like this too?? Stevie? Gaz? Adam?? Hadon? Phil? Mike? anyone want to answer that? I don't think we give the guys credit sometimes...they have hormones too..I know for a fact that Lester gets 2 periods a month...LOL But seriously it does seem we women suffer from the mood swings a lot more than the guys... and it's not just PMS...

Okay enough about my moods...so I worked yesterday..I am enjoying my job more and more..as I only work 2 days a week it has taken me a while to feel totally comfortable with everything..there are a lot of tests and procedures that I don't get to do very often and therefore are not comfortable with..but I think I finally have everything down pat..yesterday I was the only MA there with 1 Dr. and everything went smoothly...I did several tests and no problems...I  handled all the patient calls etc.. I was at the other clinic for over 3 years so was totally confident there...but it's finally starting to feel like "home' at the new place..ANd I have talked them into letting us wear blue scrubs..baby blue..the other colour was beige..boring beige..the colour of your skin beige...eww!!!! So now we can alternate..yay!!

My son just called me from the school bus..he leaves at 6.30 am and now it is 7.50 am and they have not made it to school yet!!! less than 3 miles..must be an awful wreck somewhere...he is miserable..no Air Con. on the bus and it is 90 degrees already...

I will keep you posted on the Tropical Storm/Hurricane..so far so good...I think we'll be okay this time..

have a good Tuesday... no need to list my five today..see previous entry...  ;-)

I found your journal through the comment you left on mine (thanks for leaving one by the way, I'm a comment junkie, I love all of them, lol).  I loved reading your journal and will be back.  Lmao at the mood swings.  And you are SO right, they are not all PMS related and I see red when my husband will say to me when I'm grumpy (yes he is taking his life into his own hands when he does this, lol) that I must be PMS-ing.  And men have their own little mood swings, I've seen first hand that my hubby goes through them himself, not as often, but they do happen.

Hey I hardly ever have time to watch the news about Ernesto so can ya email me if you hear where he is or when he hits FL and where he enters and where they think he is going?  Man I hate having these hurricanes.  We had Jeannie, Frances and Charley all hit us before so I dunno, the path looks pretty close to where I am.  I know what you mean about the hot not air conditioned buses.  We didn't have any either on our bus as kids when I was little.  Oh and so glad you are adjusting to the 2 days a week at the job.  How do you like your Anew?  I just love mine!!  Now I am going to try this ultra face lift cream they have.  Tightens up everything.  I can't wait.  Am so excited.  Got to put it on my neck and chin and cheeks.  Hugs,
Lisa

You are funny Lyn. . LOL LOL LOL.I hope you are ok in the storm.

I hope the storm misses you, In fact I hope it misses everybody and just blows itself out.

My daughter's best friend was in the Keys with her husband, baby and parents. She sent a message to my daughter to say they were being moved. It's so unfair, they've got no money and she won this holiday on the television here in England. I so hope they managed to have a few good days at least.

Yup, we get them mood swings, there must be a few stray girly hormones in us somewhere! We just go to the toilet and have a good cry and not do it in front of anyone else........But, that maybe the old Brit stiff upper lip coming out lolol.
