Mondays Musings

So I got to see hubby. In UK and then again this weekend. Aren't I the lucky one?? ;-) Actually we didn't spend a whole lot of quality time together in UK if you know what I mean. Too many distractions..like family and friends and the lads wanting him to nip down the pub for "one" I didn't mind..it's always that way when we got home... the visit here this weekend was a bonus he was flying back from El Salvador and they let him fly through Jax. We had an okay time. We are stressed I think. Between all the traveling and the jet lag and dealing with the the bloody burglary we did not "connect" and now I feel like shit because God knows when I will see him again. Hopefully before his official return date of December 6th. Oh well nothing I can do about it all now. Just chalk it up to bad timing.But I miss him and I wish we could have had one of those awesome weekends when you are just "on" and connected and all feels right in your marriage. <sigh>

Worked today. Lot of shit going on there too. Office manager gave her notice. Here we go again. It was mentioned to me..I quickly shut that rumour down before it got started.. I do not want to be the office manager...not for all the tea in china. Enjoyed my day though..the patients were all nice...came home cooked some Pasta real quick and now I am here with you all....;-)

No word from the detective yet. Kills me to see the little blighter around the neighbourhood. wish I could wring his little punk neck but I guess I will leave it to the professionals. I think I am handling it all fairly well. No point dwelling on it. Not happy though. Pisses me off. BUT like I said could have been much worse.

So the girls  from the Urgent Care Clinic where I used to work are going to the beach house this weekend. And I am invited. I am in charge of the Jello Shooters. No problem. :-) It should be a great relaxing party hardy weekend. One  more before the summer ends. I need it. I love the ocean. I just want to walk along the sand in the moonlight  ;-)

 

okay I have rambled on enough for one night....you guys have a great evening... I will leave you with my five good things....

1. Boat rides across the lake in the moonlight..

2.. Eating Mexican food, drinking cold Coronas and being with friends again....

3... My hubby.... even if we didn't swing from the chandelier this weekend I know we will ... soon baby I promise.... ;-)

4....My home and all my creature comforts... there really is no place like home..right Dorothy??

5..... All of you... I maybe one of the newcomers but I sure missed you guys when I was gone and I am truly blessed to be a part of J Land....

P.S. please say a little prayer for our dear sweet  stevietwain... I know he makes light of it but I am worried about that precious heart of his... I love you babe...take care of you and no more fags...LOLOLOL!!!
