Hi peeps.. just wanted to let you know Ryan had his surgery this morning..all 4 wisdom teeth out.. he did fine..except he woke up crying..a side effect from the anesthesia..he was mortified..bless him...I tried to explain it's just a reaction to the meds. but he was embarrassed...we are obviously home and he is sleeping on the couch... I am glad that's over with....he is going to be feeling pretty rough though for a couple of days I am sure..
Change in DH's plans.. he is NOT going to Iraq..thank you God.. he is going "somewhere else" but the fab. news is he is flying back through Jacksonville and will be able to spend a night here with us.. hmmmmmmmmm.. wonder what we will do??? ;-) Anyone got a spare do not disturb sigh??
Work was chaos yesterday... 13 new patients..I was running front and back check in...I was punch drunk.. I even stayed till almost 8pm because we had some crazy drunk lady who was adamant about being seen.. was a rewarding day though and the Dr. thanked me for staying late..it's nice to be appreciated...
Nothing else going on..I'm going to make the most of being home for the next couple of days..can't leave Ryan alone.. so why not soak up the sun and catch up on some reading...
My daughter and I are on this cleansing diet..we are going to be pretty much vegetarians for the next couple of weeks.. we can eat starches veggies, fruit and a little dairy..that's it. No cokes, no junk..I will let you know the results but most people lose at least 8Lbs a week doing this... my DR at work is doing it after the birth of her baby and has already dropped close to 25Lbs... I am a grouchy cow though let me tell you... LOL and dare I say this here I am PMS'ng too .. glad DH isn't around for this... LOL
Okay I am rambling as usual..so let me most some grats. and get my butt out by the pool....
1. Ryan did okay... ;-)
2.. Dh called my cell phone form Italy to check on his boy...
3... Special txts that make me feel loved...
4....New friends...I so believe in fate...
5.....In less than 2 weeks I will be sitting at my local pub having a nice cold glass of cider....I am soooooooooooooooo ready for my vacation..

I`m pleased to hear that Ryan has had his wisdom teeth removed safely. I had mine done years ago and it wasn`t an experience I`d wish to repeat. I`m glad your hubby won`t be going to Iraq, what a huge relief for you. :o)

That's really great news that your hubby doesn't have to go to Iraq! Ouch for your son...I only got 2 out so it wasn't that bad...I have heard all 4 out at once can be painful...I hope he heals quickly!
