I hate Mondays..but you knew that right? lol
So my night out was fun. We went out to dinner first... To The Ale House.. a pub style restaurant..then we dropped one of the younger girls back home and headed out to the bar..had a couple of drinks and then went to this club..actually it is 3 clubs in one.. country line dancing, oldies and hip hop...we went from one to the other..it was fun... not something I would want to be doing every single weekend but it was fun for one night..lots of people watching and laughing.. got asked to dance a few times..declined...LOL..left the club and went back to friends house and sat in the hot tub and had a night cap... it was nice to catch up with everyone..
Yesterday I was pretty lazy.. not used to late nights like that anymore..it was close to 4am when I got home...helped my son with the back yard.. he tied a bandana round his mouth and drove the ride on lawn mower to cut the grass.. I had cut the front on Saturday...then I vegged by the pool all afternoon..even the darn pool is warm..88 degrees in there..it has never got to that temp before..that's how hot it has been here.. and my electric bill reflects it.....:-(
Can't believe I am going to see hubby in 6 days.. wish the timing was better but I'll take what I can get..I have to pick him up at 430 Sunday afternoon then I have to work Monday and we leave for UK Tuesday.. at least he can drive us to the airport...he is excited to be home even for such a short time..him and Ryan can do some male bonding..i.e. CHORES.. on the Monday as Rachel is working too...we are all getting very excited about our trip... I am nervous about leaving my house for that long..I worry about the yard and the pool..the dog is going to my FIL so no worries there...but my neighbor is going to water for me if we get no rain and she will bring in the mail and keep an eye on the place...I am not giving her a key..I am just not comfortable enough with her to have her have access to my house...if their is an emergency inside the house my FIL has key...
Well that's enough of my prattle...I need to go get ready for work... have a great Monday!! ;-)

I dont want to get next months electric bill either. My AC has been on constantly for days. I am glad you got out and had a good time. Wish i was with you!

Hi Lyn, I`ll bet you`re really looking forward to your trip back to the UK. I hope the weather stays hot for you, but you know what it`s like here, it could be snowing by then....lol! I`m glad you enjoyed your late night out, I`m not sure I`d be able to stay awake that long now though it sounded great fun. I certainly wouldn`t trust my neighbour with my key, I`ll leave it with my SIL and he can water my plants too. Have a lovely day. :o)

Sounds like a fun night Saturday. We all need to get out once in a while. My mil is coming to get my girls in a bit and I can't wait! I need a short break. I'll be glad to see them tomorrow afternoon.

Sounds like you had a great time. Unsure of how hot the wether is with you at the moment.....London is very hot and going to be even hotter tomorrow.
