TGIF

TGIF!! So what is everyone up to this weekend?? I have no real plans..I am going to stick close to home again today.. take some photos ...I need to document Ryan's face.. he is pretty swollen ..bless him... pain meds seem to be working for him though..  we were just laughing at some of the stuff he was saying at the dentist yesterday.. he was pretty funny! I am going to get some pool time in again today.. apparently my sister thinks she can compete with this Florida tan!! Bring it on baby!! she is too funny..can't wait to see her.. she is finally taking driving lessons at the grand old age of 39...she has passed the theory and  just has the driving bit to go.. I know she will do it.. I can't wait for her to have her independence.. I didn't learn till I was 32 and I regret that...

This Sunday is the birthday of one of my best friends who got killed in a car accident last year in Canada. She left behind a hubby and 3 teenage daughters. Her and I were mates from nursery school all the way through secondary school and beyond. She was my clubbing buddy. We went out every single Thursday night. She was a hairdresser and when she was going to tech. college I was here practice "dummy" she turned my hair totally pink once ..I did a couple of shows for her...I emigrated to the states in 83 and she came to Canada in 85.. we still kept in touch she came here twice and I went to Canada once and we talked on the phone all the time. So Trace No Happy Returns just fond memories.I always remember the good times, your smile, your sense of humour, your beautiful girls, my heart bleeds for them...RIP girlfriend you will never be forgotten.

Okay I am off to get showered and check on my patient..have a fab weekend everyone...

It is not often that we form tight wonderful bonds like that.
You had quite a special one there.
