forgot one

I forgot to mention this morning that it seems my hubby is one of the chosen few... see below...

Yes My DH was one of the 28,000 navy service members who had their personal information stolen. I was notified by an official letter from the Navy .

All we can do is keep checking our credit reports and hope to god no one trys to use his social security number. :-(

WOW! I am so sorry to hear that. I hope nobody uses his number, and that before long there is a way to prevent this from happening.

We got our notices about a month ago, both my dh and me. We're doing the same as you guys, just keep checking not much else we can do.

Forgot to mention, we're Army so it wasn't from this one you guys are dealing with, but from the worker who took his laptop home with all our info. It looks like nothing was accessed, but we keep an eye on our credit none the less, we can't be too safe when it comes to our SSN and credit.

I wondered if I would know anyone who's info was stolen!  I'm sorry sweetie.  What a totaly pain in the ass!
