Happy Days. Just the family round for Beer Butt Chicken
We played Badminton and Volleyball and swam in the pool.. don't know what we would do without it..it was well over 95 degrees here today and it's only May!!! The cousins all had a blast and I enjoyed watching them all and remembering my own childhood with my cousins. Making memories..that's what it's all about.
I apologized to hubs for being a royal bitch.. he said it's okay I said no it's not. I appreciate all the support and encouragement you guys are leaving me in your comments. It does mean a lot to me. You're right I don't want him to go :-(
Anyway today was a good day.. and now I am off to watch some mindless TV and chill before bed.
Have good evening..and Phils dog is back in case you didn't know..one more reason today was a good day. ;-)

Sounds like y'all had a great day. I'm glad you are feeling better and that you had a talk with your hubby. That usually makes things better.
My hubby's uncle is a huge bbq guy. He is a mason and loves to build homemade bbq pits for smoking the meat. I had his beer butt chicken two years ago. Fantastic stuff.

I would think the mix of all the relatives and the fact dh is leaving is probably working on your nerves! I'm sure dh understands, and will be just as sad to leave his beautiful wife! You are right....thank goodness for the pool! You really can't live here without one! I watched the Little Britain marathon last night....man I LOVE that show! Cracks me up every time! ;o)

What a great day!! I want to play all day just like this. I love badminton, volleyball and swimming. In fact we just bought a net and I have to put it up soon. The boys went to the pool yesterday with friend's mom and it was a blessing that they at least got some R & R. My turn coming soon. Hugs,
