Happy Mother's Day to all the wonderful Mums out there in J Land. I hope that you enjoy your special day. Remembering my own Mum today with fond memories and a tug on my heart strings.
So far so good with the relatives. My MIL took some pics yesterday with her digital soI will share them here when I receive them. The new baby is gorgeous and sooooo good. the lads are as cute as ever as are their girlfriends. my BIL and niece from California are good too..my niece has piercings all over and a tattoo across her entire back..red hair and no eyebrows and the whitest skin I have ever seen and still drop dead gorgeous and I have to laugh at her because I think she has a touch of her rebellious aunty Lyn in her..I say you go girl... ;-) The cousins have been having a good time catching up..it's like they are never apart after 5 minutes they are back to how they always are..laughing , cutting up, reminiscing..I just sat back yesterday and watched it all with a warm fuzzy feeling....guess I miss family more than I realize...
Got my Mother's day gifts early..I got a beautiful bouquet of different coloured roses, a card and one of those floating chairs for the pool..it has drink holders in the arms and a nice pillow..perfect for reading in the pool... I also got a fish... I had this beautiful glass bowl that I kept saying needed a fish in it..well lo and behold my DD came home with the bowl decorated in bright pink marbles with an orchid in the center and a beautiful beta fish...it is gorgeous and the colours are spectacular.. i was very touched... Today we are going for Sunday lunch at my MIL house..all 12 of us... should be fun!!

Can't wait to see the photographs....sounds like you had a fab time. Catching up with the family is always fun, even more so when you're far apart. A chair for the pool....oh I'm so jealous!! I want to move to Florida! Hope you had a lovely lunch.
