Good Morning Campers!!
How is everyone this morning? So far so good for me..sitting here with my cup of coffee catching up with everyone else and realizing that if I don't quit reading and actually write in my own blog I will run out of time again....;-)
The Psychic reading.
You either believe or you don't. After visiting this one I am more of a believer than ever..she was right on the money..there was something that she bought up that only a handful of people know and there is absolutely no way she could have known this...I still am not able to talk about it on here because it is way too deep and way too personal but she was spot on..my Mum came through too...now "Linda" (yep her name was Linda;-) doesn't really do medium type stuff but if a spirit shows its self she will tell you..so when she asked who the short dark haired woman standing behind me was I knew it was my Mum..she told me my Mum wants to take away the guilt I am feeling...as anyone who knows me knows I have been struggling with the way my Mum died..how she was allowed to get so sick...so this was wonderful to hear...she said she is around me all the time which I have felt...she told be that I am harboring a lot of negativity inside me and that it comes from my Mums side of the family..that the women were negative..right on again...I have been trying my whole life to break that cycle but it is a struggle and I thought I was doing a better job of hiding it than I am..she also knew of the struggles that I am having in my marriage .again Ihave only told one person here in J Land and he lives on the other side of the ocean so there is no way she could have known this...she told me that I have to fix this problem if i want my marriage to last...now let me just make this clear she was absolutely specific as to what the problem is..she was not talking in "generalities"..blew me away..she told me I have an "aura' about me and that many people are envious of me..that when I walk into a room I command attention..that I have this certain attraction and that is what people especially women are envious of..that I have a special spirit and it shines through...she also told me that I have a very strong "third eye" and that if developed I could be very Psychic..I knew this already..LOL..no seriously I am very "aware" of things but don't often tell because my family thinks I am nutty as it is..there was a lot more but I don't want to bore you all.. she also did a reading for Jen and was spot on with her too...we both came out of their tripping out and didn't really say a whole lot during lunch..I think we processing the whole thing....it was extremely comforting to me and well worth the $40...
I liked the 10 things so much I'm doing it again..makes me feel productive...LOL..
10 things Lyn did yesterday...
1. Drove "Employee of the month" to Burger King..yep Ryan got an award this month...;-)
2..Read some Blogs online and the newspaper...
3...changed the sheets and did laundry...
4.... went shopping at Pier 1..love that place..got new candles..Asian Spice scent...
5....stopped by the mall and bought a plastic cover for the LCD screen on my phone...
6...... spent a glorious 2 hours reading ridiculously over priced British Home and Garden magazines and drinking frappichino in the book store...
7....... came home and replaced old candles...
8........ marinated a London broil and took a swim and read my book by the pool while hubby cooked it on the grill....
9......... enjoyed a glass of wine on the deck before the storms blew in....
10.......... watched mindless reality TV..the new Real World in Sydney Australia...then turned in for the night...

oh i would give anything to go to a physic and hear what they had to say..i am glad you went and enjoyed it and i hope what she said makes a difference for you. Huge congrats to your son!

I do believe in pyschics, but the one I went to about 20 years ago...said NOTHING true. But I would try again, sure.

I have been to a few myself....a couple frauds, BUT I went to one in FL one time, near some "funhouse"-she was in a glass out building...she got me "spot on" also...scared me actually....

Hey Lynn! I'm glad your reading was a positive one.. There aren't many psychics out there who truly are gifted. Forgive yourself--give the guilt you feel to a higher source--God, or whoever you believe in. It's wasted energy, and you need to start with the, NOW today. I don't actually believe in psychics... well, I'm very skeptical, HOWEVER, many years ago, I had a reading done, and she also was right on the money about my FUTURE!!!! She told me things of the past, but I wasn't so impressed, they seemed general. But the future was very detailed, and it all came true within a few years. It stunned me how precise she was!! Hmmmm!! Well, I'm very glad that you felt comfort in what she told you, I'm positive that you mum would not want you to feel guilt.

Wow...very cool! Did you get a recording of the reading? I had a reading last month and got a recording. Can't say I've listened to it more than once, but its there. It is a lot to process :)

Sounds good... I've been to good ones... very very good ones... and some horrid.. so I do believe but learned to pay close attention. I've been told I have the 'gift' too if I put my mind to it... I knew that.. stronger with certain things and people. Enjoy the day

For a 'negative' person, you show a lot of the positive. Sounds like a good reading, but don't use any of it to be hard on yourself. I think you handle much of what you do with grace. ~Mary
i've never been to a psychic. It is something I have wanted to do, but it is hard to know if you are going to a "real" one vs someone totally making up crap about you and charging you money. Hope you have a pleasant Sunday!

What an enjoyable post. I think people do "sense" things, I think there are those who actually "see" things. But that's me.
For me personally, I wouldn't plan my day/my life by what a psychic had to tell me. But I'd love to have one tell me what they "see" for me...that is if all the negativity/skeletons in the closet/ghosts in chains in my family history, etc. would most likely cause the said psychic to throw up their hands and run for the next town. LOL

I've always been skeptical of psychics myself. I went once and had a reading. She only got one thing right. The rest was crap. Not sure if I'd spend the $ again.

Sounds like a really cool session. When I move to alabama, you'll have to tell me who your psychic is.. It might be worth the trip. I've had some good readings, good in that they were accurate, even if I didn't want to hear the answer.. .. and some bad ones.. but I think the most accurate ones I've had are the ones I give myself... I have seen some things in advance and have been able to prepare for them. Estela

I used to go to a fortune teller years ago with my mom. It's always been amazing the things they were able to tell me. One told me not to marry my first husband, indeed she was right. Another correctly predicted the birth of my youngest son at a time when I didn't think I could have any more children at all. I was told I was pyschic at one time and that I should learn to develop my powers. It was really frightening to me to hear that actually. I do love your ten things! {{{{HUGS}}}}

I have never been to a phycic, although id love to go.I went to see Derek Accorah once although he didnt speak to me, i was half wishing he would and half wishing he wouldnt!Only the other night someting hummed in my ear when i was in my hallway, it seems to be the hub for all things strange!!
