Thursday

Morning Campers.

How is everyone on this fine Thursday morning? I see AOHell is playing up again.. I didn't get some of the alerts yesterday. Oh well some is better than none huh?

I am off today. I am taking the car in for an oil change. Other than that I don't have any plans. I have a movie I need to watch from NetFlix. I watched "Lake House" the other night. I was really disappointed. Thought it was slow and predictable. Eye candy was good though. Kieanu Reeves has still got it. ;-)

My sister in law is coming over next week from UK with her family. She is bringing the latest addition to the Hatfield clan. I think I have talked about her before here. She and her partner Amanda have had 3 children by the same sperm donor. The new baby is the first boy. My SIL had Lillie Jane first..she is 6, then Amanda had Jesse Mae, she is 2 and now Mackenzie Lee he is 4 months. they may be a different family from the norm but I have never seen more loving parents. I can't wait to get my hands on that baby...I love babies. Makes everything in the world seem right when you hold a little baby and take in that baby smell...ahhhhhhhhh!!

Kids and hubby are doing well. Speaking of hubby it's a small world. I had a patient yesterday who used to be in the same squadron as hubby. he noticed my accent and said he used to be in the Navy with a British guy...yep you guessed it it was my hubby!! He immediately started calling me Maam after that..LOL..makes me feel old when guys do that....before that I do believe he was flirting with me...well I can dream anyway... ;-)

Well I need to get off of here...have a lovely day people...

L

Five good things...

1. Speaking to hubby ... ;-)

2..The sun is shining...

3...Halloween decorations....makes me smile...

4.... Hot Coffee....

5..... Days off... ;-)

I was talking to my MIL last night and she was talking me through all the halloween decorations they already have up! Wouldn't you agree that the British just dont do holidays like the Americans? Halloween, Christmas..your decorations out do us! And you put them up so early too!!!

I'm glad I didnt make Adam watch the lake house then, i'm sure i'd never have heard the end of it!

Hope you enjoy your weekend!

A loving family is all a child needs and the more people who love them, the better off they'll be.  I didn't get some of my alerts either.  Thanks for the heads up on the movie LAKE HOUSE.  I hate it when they say MA'Am because it makes me feel so old.  But it is the culture of this region and is perceived rude if one doesn't behave in such fashion.  Happy Thursday to  you.  As always, I like your lists.
