Though I would share some pics taken yesterday at The Crab shack..a sea food place on the river..it was hot...we ate crab legs and drank cold beer and tried to feed the kids to the Alligators...enjoy!!
Will write more later.. I am exhausted..entertaining the relatives is wearing me and my wallet out!!! ;-)

Lovely photos, what a beautiful place. And thank you for answering a question that has bothered me for years. Often in films I've seen trees covered in floaty stuff and I could never work out if it was a type of tree of something growing on it. Spanish Moss! Now I know.
I posted some photos yesterday from a trip out on Saturday to Warwickshire, if you want to see how Autumn is progressing in England take a look. It's still above average temperatures here, but nothing like 90's, more like mid 60's, so still good enough not not need a coat.

Yes, she's a TOTAL poppet, I thought, looking at the picture. But then... What exactly IS a poppet anyway? I realized I have no idea. I'm thinking it's a description of the age. The red hair makes for the right personality, too.
Alligators! In Florida I suppose they're part of the local yokel scene. But I was wondering if you have had any problems at your house with them. I may have been watching too much Alligator TV lately.
Great pictures! It's always fun to see someone else's family and the scenery nearby. The alligator was really close huh? Shudder!
