Good Morning Campers!!
Hope everyone had a good weekend..mine was pretty good...
Do you guys remember me talking about Brandon? He is my sons best friend from elementary school who had a stem cell transplant because of leukemia..he spent almost 2 years in hospital...thank god he is in full remission now..well anyway..his grandparents bought him a Dodge charger and then the make a wish foundation pimped it out for him..it is gorgeous..well now the producers from Deal or No Deal called him and want him to go on the show as the "surprise" guest for one of the contestants..she was his nurse at the hospital and they were looking for one of her former patients to come on the show to surprise her and the hospital gave them Brandon's name...how exciting huh?? wait there's more..his Mum won't let him go alone and she has to work and his dad has to stay home with the kids so guess who may be chaperoning Brandon to L.A.? yep me!!!!!! First class all the way baby..limo from the studio to pick us up etc etc...We will know for sure today if they are okay with me going but I don't think they will mind..they actually pay for people to have their teeth fixed if they are a mess..did you know that?? crazzzzzzzzy...Brandon always calls me Mum and eats at my house almost every night...we are very close..I was very flattered when he asked me though...if I get to go we fly out Wednesday..shoot the show Thursday and return Friday....I will let you know later today...the producer will be calling today... ;-)

P.S. looks like Ike is heading west...glad for us but it will still be a problem for someone... :-(

My Brandon was approved for a wish from the Make A Wish Foundation, but he won't take one! Can you believe that. They call us every 6 months to see if he's changed his mind. Maybe next year when he gets a car, he'll want it pimped out??
