Good Morning campers!!
I am happy to report I am alive and well..it's been a rough few days here though..I developed pneumonia...never been so sick in my life..I am on steroids..antibiotics..narcotic cough suppressant...steroid inhaler and breathing treatments 3 times a day...I am finally feeling well enough to get online..I did not leave the couch/bed for 3 days...had not left the house since last Thursday...It feels so strange to be this sick...let me tell you I have a new appreciation for people who are house bound that's for sure.... and yes my car finally died and is sitting in the parking lot at work where I attempted to go yesterday and was promptly sent back home after they saw the state of me but calling in on a Monday is a no-no well even if you try to tell them how sick you are... I am glad I went though because I saw the Dr and am now feeling so much better..I was truly too sick to move over the weekend..my Dr friend did call me in an antibiotic but after the Dr at work listened to my lungs yesterday he switched my meds..
I am rambling on here but you get the picture..LOL..I have missed you guys..my in box says 704 and most of them are alerts so needless to say I shall once again be starting over...

OMG pneumonia will definitely kick your arse!! I'm so glad you started on antibiotics and got squared away. Right now your job is to REST!! You don't want a relapse!

It can take a year for your lungs to recover from pneumonia honey. Even when you are feeling better and well, be aware that extreme cold or hot can trigger some breathing issues. Love you sweetie.
I was just thinking of you this morning. Wondering how sick you were! Man! I didn't anticipate it being that bad! Glad you have some meds and are on the road to recovery! Scrap the alerts. It doesn't aid in getting better! LOL!

Keeping you in my prayers on the smoke. I'm up the same river right now hon. Basically staying upright is the only way to breathe easier. I was put on all the same stuff for my last encounter with Bronchitis. This time around wasn't quite as severe because I stopped smoking when I felt it coming on... I hope you feel better soon. -Missy

Pneumonia isn't something to wish on anyone. My wife had that a couple of years ago and it takes time to get over it. Glad you are alive and well. Take care and keep those panties on tomorrow, you need to stay warm.

Oh poor Lyn. I had borderline pneumonia not to long ago and it felt like I had no energy whatsoever. I do hope you will get enough rest and be back up to full strength soon. : )

PNEUMONIA!!!! OMG that bug is absolutely KILLER! Two other on line friends had the same thing and they too both got pneumonia from it. It's awful. I am glad you are feeling better though. Their doctors treated them the same exact way. You are all high on narcotic cough meds. LOL. ;)
You are allowed a do-over when your AOL mailbox hits 500. ROFL.
