Question??
Is it me or are there a lot of entries being deleted? I get an alert then when I open it it says this entry is no longer available and may have been deleted.. have that many of you deleted your entries?? I swear this has happened on about 6 journals so far....just wondering....

I think it is aol. I have opened alerts to find they have been old ones already read and the new stuff not on there. I just got an alert now though that seems to be ok and yours of course.

I thought I was going crazy !! I do believe it's AOL though.....I read somewhere that AOL ate someone's post so that must be it!

I KNOW!!!!!! My entry from yesterday is GONE and I didn't delete it!!!! I'm also missing some comments from my PREVIOUS entry! WTH???
I think AOL is acting up.....AGAIN.

Weird stuff is happening in J-land but I think its courtesy of AOL!!!! I was trying to access my journal at work today to show someone the tenant from hell photos and my entire entry was gone! And I read and commented on Jeanne's entry from yesterday that is now nowhere to be found!!!??? Dunno whats going on but something is up with these journals!!! Now if we could just figure out a way for AOL to delete the fat along with our entries....maybe we would be onto something...lol

I'm voting that it's AOL's fault... LOL... while I could believe that maybe one person deleted their entry.... I find it hard to believe that so many would delete in one fell swoop. Now I have to go check my journal and see if my entries are still there. Estela
No it's not you Lynne .It's been like that since very early this morning here in England Grrr.I left my commenting and did other things for the morning due to the fact.AOL just please themselves it is so annoying at tmes Grrr.At least yours is OK LOL!! Take Care God Bless Kath

Yup, the entry I did last night is gone, including any alerts I had. All deleted. Hey, at least I can read this ;-) ~Mary
i am TOTALLY pissed.....AOL ate my entry and i had ALOT of stuff that you needed to read and i needed to say. SOB's.
Also, anyone posting to my journal in any entry lately with a comment, it is not showing my comments at all. SOB's.

Yes.. they must have had server or computer issues over night and had to back up to a certain time. I worked so hard on that entry too. It took over an hour b/c I had about 30 pictures in there all captioned and everything. Arghhh.

I thought it was a bit odd but put it down to having something to do with me getting so far behind on alerts; AOL's kind of perverse retribution for slackers. I had some updates load themselves on a few days ago and I thought they might have snuck a time limit in there.

they are being deleted at first I thought it was just me... but I have been around j-land this morning making my rounds and so far I have seen 8 not counting my three that have been deleted! I wonder if they will come back? It was weird though how the entries were my real stuff and not the fun stuff?

I think it happened to everyone. I lost two entries I posted last night. One doesn't matter. The other I'll repost today. I love AOL but it just gets the hiccups once in awhile. :/

Yup it happens, but if you just click on the whole blog, it comes up, instead of the entry. It's a real pisser aint it?
