Good Morning campers!!
Anticipation. Almost as good as the real thing. I am beyond excited. I have butterflies. My dad has not been here since 1998. My sister since 2001.They will not recognize the place. There is nothing here from the original owners except the ceramic tile in the kitchen and hallway and one ceiling fan in my bedroom! All doors..floors..roof..windows..bathrooms..kitchen..appliences everything..replaced! I can't wait for them to see it. I have been cleaning like a mad fool.. the house looks great...going to the base today to grocery shop and get some liquid refreshments ;-) getting my haircut and then off to Orlando tomorrow to pick them up..if you don't hear from me you can rest assured I am just spending some time with my family..can't believe I get to say that.. I finally have plans with FAMILY...and I bet I will be back bitching about them in a couple of weeks..LOL..
please think good thoughts for them to have a safe and uneventful flight..the fear of flying is what has stopped my dad from coming..he things he is going to get a blood clot in his leg from sitting for so long..he has clogged arteries in his legs and of course the good old NHS hasn't done squat about it....he suffers from terrible pain at times and I just pray he'll be okay on the flight or I don't know what we will do with him....he'll have to stay here I guess...;-)

That's great, that you're going to get some time with your family. I know how I miss some of mine even though they're just a couple of states away. Ooowahhh! Only one more sleep! I am so excited for you! Not having your family 'in your house' for 9 years makes this very very exciting! All good vibes coming your way for your dear old Dad to have a good flight and no DVT! Make sure your camera is charged up for lots of photos. We can cope with fewer updates provided we get photos when you do!
