Good Morning Campers!
Thought I would post a real entry today..been a few days...everything is fine in my little part of the universe..have been enjoying my days off..been going to the gym..reading by the pool.. puttering in the garden..cooking supper every night..cleaning house..organizing...reading Journals..commenting...all the things that make me happy. I have to pimp the book I just read..
"The Sunday List of Dreams" by Kris Radish
Anything this chick writes is amazing..she is in her 50's lives with her partner Madonna..has two teenagers and writes about women...her books inspire me to be the best "diva" I can be...run out and buy any of her books and enjoy...this one I read in 2 days...
The guy I lived with for 2 years..(as roommates only)..is in town..long story short but he had 2 kids with the daughter of my father in laws wife..are you following? LOL.. they are no longer together but he still comes over from UK so the kids can see their grandma...anyway I have known him since I was a kid and so has hubby..we have had our ups and downs but we are like family..anyway tonight we are taking him to see these guys..
they perform every Wednesday at the local bar and are a lot of fun.. I thought Dave would enjoy them as he and I grew up in the Disco era and went to many a disco in our time...LOL
It is True Beauty's birthday Friday..she will be 22..that slays me as I was pregnant with her at that age!! I am incredibly proud of her... she is so much more than just beautiful..her sense of humour is awesome..she laughs a LOT..and she thinks she can talk to animals..I am not sure she isn't right either...LOL.. anyway she is off tomorrow too so we are going shopping for the day and out to lunch..on friday she is getting her first tattoo..something very stylish she says on her shoulder.. I will be shocked if she goes through with it as she is a major chicken.. LOL
Okay enough of my ramblings.. you all have a great Hump Day...always makes me giggle..

2.. Thomas is back in town from Germany...he plans to join the military...
3... Beautiful Florida weather..it has been scorching the past few days...
4.... Having a swimming pool... I have actually been swimming the past few days it was that hot...

glad to hear all is well .... I am jealous of your hot weather ! Since we got ripped off of any decent winter/snow, I say bring on the heat now !

I'm going to have to look into getting one of those books.. I need to brush up on my divaness... I've been slacking there lately...I hope your daughter goes through with her tattoo wishes, and I hope it goes smothly. Yesterday was very warm wasnt it? I took the boys out to play and Cadens little face was beet red when we came in!
Sounds like things are going "swimmingly" (sorry I couldn't help myself). DH drainedout pool to paint the plaster. Pool is 21 yrs old. We are a while away from swimming anyway. Have a good rest of your week & Happy Birthday to your daughter. I had a 3 yr old when I was her age. Sigh. LOL

My Bil and Sil are en route to their holiday home in Arizona, escaping from the tail end of a very snowy Canadian winter. Something like 10° in Canada to 31° in Az! How does the body cope with that? Wouldn't mind the chance to find out. Enjoy all the sunshine brings! Angie, x
I did wonder why the move from the UK to the US now i know. Ohhhh how i wish i was in your place now.We are coming up to easter weekend so a rainy bank holiday will be on the cards. Enjoy that pool and those temps, do not give us in the UK another thought Lol Have a lovely time with your Daughter.

man I am so jealous, the pool, the sun the leisure time to spend how ever you want. oh but then you hit me with the daughter turning 22, OMG I am so glad I am not you, lol I am just kidding, I have 3 daughters and all will be 22 sooner or later, lol, but by the time mine get to 22 it won't matter if I have a pool or not cause I will probly be in a resort some where with special walls,

we have been having nice weather here. Our daughter are not as old as yours, but it does amaze me to think that in a few more years our oldest will be the same age I was when I gave birth to her! have a great day!

Mines 18 she'll be 19 in June. I'm always amazed when I look at her that this wonderful person came from me. I checked out the Boogie Freaks site. Sounds like a lot of fun. Well, I am glad you are having lovely weather there cos its blimming freezing here! The last couple of days have been soooooo cold. Today should be warmer but no chance of me getting into my padding pool in the garden. It must be strange to see your daughter the same age as you were when you had her. I had so much fun going back and reading the last four or five entires. Especially your April Fool's day entry. I read the one confessing it was a joke before I read the one announcing your 'pregnancy'. Darn! LOL You are such a character! I love your sense of humor.
