DAY 5 2010

Good Evening Campers!!

Are you sick of me yet? Ha!

Not a whole lot to write about but anything is better than nothing right? ;-)

I hate to sound like my Dad and talk about the weather all the time but my god it is freezing here!! This is the fourth day in a row that we have had freezing temps overnight..and we have about 10 more days to go...everything is looking very bare and reminds me of England..which is kinda nice...

Yesterday I did some shopping and met Jen for lunch..then I started a new book and couldn't put it down.."Mrs Kimble" by Jennifer Haigh..I finished it today.. I thoroughly recommend it...

Well that's all I got tonight folks..stay warm...

L xx

What is your new book about that was so good? I need to get back to reading my Maeve Binchy book. It's good but it is not grabbing me, you know?

Will have to look up that book Lyn on your recommendation! We are snowed in here in the South East. In fact I think the whole of the UK is snowed in right now!

Reading a good book is always worth writing about for sure. Thanks for the tip. I'll have to look for it so I can read it too.On top of our snow we have freezing rain and drizzle this morning. It's only 28 degrees so I don't know why we have rain instead of snow. What a mess it is driving in all the icy slush. Very slippery coming into work this morning.

Faye can have our 30 inches and I'll take a warm beach and a drink with an umbrella, LOL. A good book is my favorite thing in this weather.
