Someone you didn't want to let go but just drifted...
Sadly there are quite a few of those with us being a Military family..you make friends then friends get stationed somewhere else you stay in touch for a few months then the phone calls get further apart and eventually you end up friends on Face Book..sad but it's a reality... one friend I particularly miss...we hung out a lot while our hubby's were on deployment together..I babysat for her when she went back to work..we went through a lot together...she now lives in California..I got to see her when I was out there last year and she was here a few months back so we had dinner but I miss "US"....

You are blessed to have such a good friend. Hopefully you'll be able to keep in touch. We all have had people come and go in our lives and new ones come into our lives when we least expect it too. Each one leaves us better having know them. I'm just thankful for the opportunities I've had over the years.
I am sorry you miss your friend. I miss so many bloggers who have now stopped writing and moved to Facebook which I absolutely hate. You wonder what is going on in their lives and how they are. It is very sad. All caused by AOL throwing us off and breaking our community up forever.
That's life I'm afraid Lyn...
People come in and out of our lives.Some you really want to stay.

playing catchup here. I've just read your last few entries. You've certainly had an eventful life, traumatic in some cases. I'm glad life has settled for you now and with hubby home soon you cn live happily ever after.
