Good Morning Campers!!
How was your weekend?? mine was pretty good... Mexican food Friday night....had the my old co workers over for frozen drinks by the pool Saturday afternoon...no one bought a bathing suit though? pool party and you didn't bring your bathing suit?? huh?? whatever!! they sweated I didn't...;-) Yesterday was my dad 76th birthday back in UK..can't believe it's been a year since I was there already...I went last year to surprise him for his 75th...I did get to talk to him yesterday and my sister was having a barbecue for him..see pic above...;-) Happy Birthday dad..I think he looks great...my sis..not so much...LOL..she looks a bit washed out in the pic and in need of a haircut...hey I'm allowed to say that she's my sis...she says way worse about my trust me...LOL... I love them both to bits and looking at the pics always makes me homesick...my brother wasn't there he was away for the weekend camping...hubby and son went deep sea fishing yesterday so True Beauty and I spent the afternoon by the pool and then went and grabbed a pizza...you can barely see where the dog got her lip now..thank god....all in all it was a great weekend...
Not much else to report so I shall leave you with my list of five good things..I haven't done that lately...
1. Beautiful Florida weather...
2..spending time with my daughter....
3...Ryan graduates in a month...FINALLY!!
4.... new bird feeders in the backyard...
5.....my dads health...

A pool party and no swim suit??? I would have had one for sure! At the end of this month our weather will be warm enough to have pools around here open. I am looking forward to it. Happy Birthday to your Dad. They both look good to me. It's wonderful that he is in good health. That is a blessing.

Hey there...well truthfully they probably all just wanted to to drink and talk and not swim...but I'd have brought my suit! lol I like to float in the water on a noodle thingie and read a book! lol lol
Oh, I didn't really post this in my blog, but we were luck enough that George's parents paid off our mortgage but then when the house sells we have to pay them back.
They are realtors too and wanted us to have this house we were in. I suppose we'd have not been able to get it with ours not selling so I'm glad that they did this for us. I'm hoping it sells though. It worries me to have their money on hold in case something happens and they need it, ya know.
But no we haven't had two mortgages...just have had to pay utilities and that is not too much.

Hi hun ;) I so agree with you a pool party but no one brought swimsuits? Its fl come on, lol. Oh well at least you all had a good time. So glad you got together with your old coworkers. I liked the pic of your dad and sis. He looks happy. Glad he had a great bday and you got to talk to him. I bet it does make you homesick seeing that pic.
