My father-in-law is back in the hospital...he has been going down hill for the past few weeks..he has fluid on the lung and coughing up blood...this is the progression of his Emphysema...I just pray that he can hold on long enough for hubby to see him again....he hasn't been out of bed much in the past couple of days and got progressively weaker so his wife took him to the hospital...I seriously doubt he will come home again but remain hopeful...please consider him in your prayers..

So sorry to hear this...my Father suffered with this for around 10yrs, but we lost him just after his 60th birthday....some years ago now (Dec 16th).It's an awful condition.Thinking of you all at this time

Your Father in law will be in my prayers. I do hope he hangs in there for your husband to come home. No matter when or where the thoughts of loosing our loved ones is hard on us. 'On Ya'-ma
