Hi there..man is it ever windy here!!! Our first tropical storm of the year and let me tell ya it's a doozy!!!! I have one pine tree down in the back yard and debris everywhere..I am so not looking forward to this "Hurricane Season" good news is we got some much needed rain and it has cooled offa little bit.
Talked to my sister today. It was her birthday yesterday but I couldn't get a hold of her with the time difference and me working so I called her today. She is doing good and so is my dad. They are looking forward to us coming over. Her BF is off to the World cup on Sunday he knows a pro. football player and has seats in with Victoria "posh" Beckham... whoop de doo..can't stand her..but have to hand it to becks he is GORGEOUS!!
Spoke to hubby today too..he has his flight booked to Uk too..he gets in on Aug 1st so we will have a week together... I am missing him a lot.. you don't know what you have till it's gone sometimes...
Other than that not a lot going on in my neck of the woods..I had a very dull weekend..I was a total veg....had plenty of opportunity to go out but chose to be hermit..have to watch myself because I tend to withdraw a little too much when left on my own..
Well I hope everyone is having a good week..tomorrow is Hump Day again already.. which means I am working...then off till Monday..got to love my hours ;-)

I hope Alberto is kind to you. I think he missed us completly. We didn't get much of anyting, the sun was shining most of the day...
I long ago became a hermit....so dont be me, and get out and party. How awesome that you will be seeing DH soon. Its not raining here...breezy though.

We only got continuous thunder yesterday, just rumbles around and around and no lightning. Pretty strong breeze today but not too bad. I have no time for Victoria either and I am not too keen on Beckham except as a footballer, not my type lol.

Sorry about the tree. I hope nothing else was damaged. Get out some while your hubby is gone. Being a hermit gets old.

Hi Lyn, it must be a bit scary in the hurricane season, or do you ever get used to them? I have to say that David Beckham is a bit of alright but his voice puts me right off, it`s like it belongs to someone a little less hunky...lol! :o)
