Goal You Would Like To Achieve This Year: Always trying to improve myself. I would love to get a grip on my mood swings. Lose some weight.and totally irelevant..get the ceiling in my family room repaired..it drives me nuts!!

Are you a Health Freak: No, even though I am  Medical Assistant I am terrifed of going to the DR. I have issues I know I should deal with but I am a chicken.I know I am overweight, I know I should exercise more..etc etc..

Do you get along with your Parents:  Mum is gone..didn't really get along with her till we put 3000 miles between us. My dad..well I love him to death. We have always got along. I miss him  :-(
