Good Morning Campers!!
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year. We spent the holidays in England..we had a fabulous time but as always it went too fast...I am hoping to write more in this blog this year..I was just looking back and I barely wrote in 2011.
This is going to be a year of change for us. Hubby retires in December after 30 years in the Navy..what the future holds we have no idea but we are excited. He will probably look for a job..he is way too young and too hyper to sit around and do nothing and there is only so much golf you can play right? :-)
It is absolutely freezing here in North Florida..we have had hard freezes the past 2 mornings..I swear it feels even colder than England did.
Well I have a lot to do so I better get started..just wanted to check in on here...have a great day and stay warm!

Glad you got to go home for the holiday. Did it snow? I know you were hoping for a WHITE Christmas. Pick up any GOOD books while you were there? Share titles pretty please. I love stopping by here to hear your conversation. Always gives me something to think about. I wish you much joy and happiness in this NEW YEAR. I know there will be changes ahead but they will be positive ones for your family. Take care. Happy 2012.

HAPPY NEW YEAR Chick.
Hey there Brit, great to have you back. Especially glad you guys had a great time.
Pat the guy on the head, I could not have made it 30, but many times since have wished I had. But life was good to us.
Yes life will change some, but for the better if you both will LET it be. Lot of give and take with that much time together after the military, but it worked very well for us.
Looking forward to more stuff from up/over there.
Glad you arrived home safe and sound. Looking forward to hearing more about your visit. Happy New Year to you all. xxoo
