So it's been a while...lots going on in this head of mine so let me just have a ramble and see what comes out..hope you like the pics of my "kids"..I have a lot more that I need to upload to the computer...anyway..randomness...
feeling frustrated with the Navy...hubby still has no orders and what they have to offer sucks...but he will take what they hand him because our life plan has always been he will do 30 years and then retire

glad I have a pool..
BUT pool is 90 degrees... :-(

beach tomorrow..
girlfriend has week off so we are taking advantage and hitting the beach the lake and of course my hot tub formerly known as pool...
we are working on our relationship....
remember how we fell out??
sometimes you have to look at the good and the bad...
I missed her so I shall overlook the bad...
but I haven't forgot!
having 4th July Barbecue at our house..
pretty ironic as all out friends will be celebrating their Independence from their hosts...LOL..
got some major fireworks to let off...

grocery prices are way up at the Commissary..
I shopped for a month today and spent $400!!!!
used to be $250 would do us for a month...
oh well..blessed to have the $$$ to do it...
Jon and Kate have got their come uppance....
I can't stand her...
she always was shrew...
belittling her hubby in front of the kids...
but they still want to do the show..
for what?
to expose the kids even more...
and they say they hate the cameras..
excuse me you just lived the past 3 years in front of them...
okay...enough randomness for tonight......

Wow, your daughter is just stunning (like her mama!) and your son is a heartbreaker...boy you must have had your hands full with boys and girls going after them through highschool! Congrats to your son for graduating, such a huge accomplishment! I'm glad you and your best girlfriend are starting to mend the friendship, she's one lucky woman to have a friend like you who is willing to overlook. Hope hubby finds out what's happening soon with his orders. Enjoy the next week at the beach, lake and pool...sounds so nice (except for the 100 degree temp!).
I guess there are some of us still out here. Glad you and your friend are doing things once more. It is upsetting when relationships fall apart and hopefully you'll have a better friend than you did before too. Your kids are good looking and pictures of kids never bore me as I put alot of mine on my blog for sure. Enjoy the beach and the pool. Ohio has 67 degrees for a high predicted the next two days and rain of course.

hey love the pictures! Your daughter is so pretty! If all we spent on groceries was 400 dollars a month I would be so excited! I think we spend easily twice that. I think prices are higher in the pacific northwest.
Well good luck fixing things with your friend. I used to have a friend that was always fighting withme and finally we split up for good, the drama wasnt worth the companionship. So, I have new friends now. Still if this friend were to return and sincerely want to fix things, I would try one more time.
As for Jon and Kate, I think its Jon who is the one who messed up. I never really saw what everyone said Kate was doing, never saw an episode where she belittled him or where anything serious happened so I am pretty much on the fence as to who is to blame. I have watched so many episodes for so many years that I think, did I just miss some "KEY" episodes where she was horrible? At some point maybe I will go back and see. All I know is that if Jon wants to go have sex with other women, he should first get a divorce. He is all self riteous about not liking the papparazzi...well he sure loved it when he wasnt caught cheating! LOL
This is a case of an immature man on TV unable to keep it in his pants! Regardless of what Kates personality is, there is no excuse for adultery in my book. If you dont like it at home, divorce and leave, but dont stoop to the level of liar and cheat.
And thats all I got to say about that!

You are right about the Food Bill, costing more. Our weather is too hot for me, and with my health have to stay out of it. I had a 'Friendship' that went sour, I was buying her house, and she pulled out a few days before completion,causing so much grief. I was very bitter, and didn't speak for 5yrs. But then I sent a note one Christmas.She never mentions it, or said 'Sorry'... Life is too short....

Food prices are outrageous these days...makes me sick but they know people have to eat and will continue buying...
Jon & Kate...I've watched them from the very beginning...loved the show...hate to see what it has become...it's really sad. Kate is such a bitty...she treats/treated Jon like a dog for so long...and in public too...so uncalled for..and rumor is they both cheated...not just Jon...I never understood why they are giving more attention to the fact that he cheated and not so much about her and her bodyguard... they both know they were wrong if they both in fact cheated...i just think this was a long time coming and I think Jon only stuck around as long as he did for the kids, or else he would have been long gone....long ago with the way she treated him. He wanted to quit the show before the new season began, I think he was giving her a clue then that he wanted to stop the show and work on things with the family...but she was having no part of it...saying no way this is a career...all she was seeing was dollar signs when I think Jon was giving her a cry for help wanting out of the show to save their marriage....she was too busy worrying about her book tours leaving him to care for the kids...again $$$...
Sorry I could go on and on about them for days....but anyways...I'm on Jon's side...
I hear ya about it being HOT! Last week was miserable here...this week we finally have some nice temps 77-85....

Your kids are gorgeous. I hear ya about hot hot hot. Been hot here in TX too. We leave our solar blanket on often...too long & it's up to 90 quickly so we left if off and of course it rained & was cloudy for 2 days. LOL I wish I could make a budget for food. Every time I make a list I find 20 other things I think I HAVE to have. Son does the same thing. Hubby who works his butt off will do shopping when he isn't too exhausted. He is the only one who can stick to the list LOL.
Hope you have lots of fun with your friend and over the 4th. I am sure I will be sitting at home with foot still propped up & babysitting the 2 granddaughters. :)
